Otto R. Dueno, MD and Christina M. Dueno, PMHNP-BC
I came to Cincinnati to attend Xavier University and received a B.S. in Natural Sciences in 1986. I worked in Biomedical Research at the VA Hospital until 1987 and completed my medical education in 1992 after graduating from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. I returned to Ohio and completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Carmel Hospital in Columbus and a Residency in General Psychiatry at The Ohio State University. I am Board Certified in Psychiatry and Neurology.
I began private practice in Dayton and have been providing general and geriatric mental health services in hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes since 1996. I joined Midwest Clinical Research Center in 2011 and have been a principal investigator in over 100 clinical trials in Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Binge Eating Disorder, Fibromyalgia, Pain, ADHD, PTSD, and Opioid Use Disorder.
Together with my wife, Christina, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, we founded Dayton Behavioral Care in 2016 with a mission to provide superior mental health services to our community and lead the way utilizing new advances in pharmacology, psychotherapy, and technology to treat psychiatric disorders.
Our goal has been to provide excellent care with the latest medical knowledge in Psychiatry and we are now pleased to offer NeuroStar TMS for the treatment of depression.
